If you are streaming to youtube, log into your Youtube account. Sign into the desire platform you will be using. If you are not signed in, you will be greeted with this: Internet: for 4000 bit or higher, internet speed must be above 100mbps download and upload. Minimum: I don't have specific specs for minimum so in my opinion as long as you can run the game at 70+ fps and try streaming at a minimum 720p 30 fps.
